Hello friends! I am sharing the recipe of this nutrients packed hydrating and refreshing juice. Are you ready to glow inside out? Well then do drink this juice in the morning empty stomach n c it for yourself…
Ingredients (for 1 glass of juice):
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Beetroot (1/2 if it’s big)
- 1 Tomato
- 1/2 Cucumber
- Handful of greens π mint leaves, coriander/cilantro leaves, curry leaves, basil leaves n 2 malabar spinach leaves.
- 1 Lemon π
- 1 tsp HΓΆney π― or according to taste
Note: It’s best to use organic vegetables but if not available soak them in salt water for 10 mins and wash thoroughly.
How to??
- Once you wash all the vegetables thoroughly chop them (*do not peel) and put it in the mixer.
- Run the mixer and until it becomes a smoothie (nope we are not drinking it like this don’t worry π)
- Place a muslin/cheese cloth on a bowl, pour the smoothie in this. Now hold all the edges of the cloth and tightly turn it around and squeeze until all the juice comes out as shown below.
- Pour it in a glass and squeeze in juice of 1 lime and dab in some honey. Give it a stir and relish the juice sip by sip. It should be drunk fresh to get the maximum nutrients n best taste. Liked the glass straw I used, u can get it from here.
