Though baking the pizza base consumes a little time it’s totally worth it as nothing can beat the homemade taste and bonus is that your home will be filled with the smell of fresh baked bread!
Hello friends! This is a guest post by my friend – Bindu Balakrishna, who’s a mom, super talented women, crafter, zen tangler, jewellery maker <links to her fb pages, click to check it out!>… She has shared one of her family favourite recipe with all of us – veg momos!
My LO asks for these almost like weekly twice in the evenings, and since it has loads of veggies and is made of whole wheat preservative free bread I do make these! It’s nutritious, easy to prepare and very tasty too! Let’s see how to make these veggie pan pizza..
Biriyani is an rice dish with veggies/egg/meat, made with highly seasoned spices and is a favourite dish for many food lovers in India 🇮🇳! The word Biryani is derived from the Persian word Birian, which means ‘fried before cooking’ and Birinj, the Persian word for rice. So it could have originated in Persia, and brought to India by the Mughals.
There are many varieties of biriyani – however this egg biriyani tasted real good and I wanted to share the recipe with you guys…
Appam is a traditional Kerala 🏝 breakfast dish – it is a type of pancake 🥞 made with fermented rice batter and coconut milk. It is crispy on one side and soft as cotton on the other n tastes yum. This is one of my favourite breakfast and a must try dish for those who haven’t tasted it yet. Get set 👩🍳👨🍳 n started!
This is a traditional Indian sweet prepared all over India 🇮🇳, with little variations and known by various names – to name a few as bobatlu (in telugu), holige (in kannada), puran poli (in hindi).
This coconut bobatlu is like a flat bread with coconut n jaggery stuffing, the outer layer would be crisp and the stuffing – sweet, gooey n heavenly 😋😍. If you like the taste of coconut (like I do 💕), this sure is gonna top your favourite list!
Many of u might think the title is contradictory, pulao n nutritious??? Yes this is – I’ve used just 1tsp of ghee, coconut milk, carrot n beetroot juice, spinach juice n loads of veggies- convinced? N it tastes real good!
