Appam is a traditional Kerala 🏝 breakfast dish – it is a type of pancake 🥞 made with fermented rice batter and coconut milk. It is crispy on one side and soft as cotton on the other n tastes yum. This is one of my favourite breakfast and a must try dish for those who haven’t tasted it yet. Get set 👩🍳👨🍳 n started!
This is a traditional Indian sweet prepared all over India 🇮🇳, with little variations and known by various names – to name a few as bobatlu (in telugu), holige (in kannada), puran poli (in hindi).
This coconut bobatlu is like a flat bread with coconut n jaggery stuffing, the outer layer would be crisp and the stuffing – sweet, gooey n heavenly 😋😍. If you like the taste of coconut (like I do 💕), this sure is gonna top your favourite list!
