For some men, growing a beard is not easy and for others, it comes so fast that it is a challenge to keep up with it. But for those that sport the beard, taking good care of it is important; in fact, most beards need daily care or they go from a sexy look to a scruffy and unkempt look. You need to wash, trim and condition it to help keep it well-groomed. So, yes, beard maintenance is crucial if you plan to wear one.

Despite the scorching sun ☀️ there is something I look forward to 😍 this season – what else could it be other than the sweet and juicy mangoes! No wonder it’s our <Indian 🇮🇳> national fruit… My love for mangoes made me experiment and so here comes the all-natural mango lip 👄 balm 😊.
But since I do not use preservatives, chemicals, artificial flavours and colours this was a challenge for me until I found the spray dried mango powder with shelf life of a year!
Mascara is used to enhance, darken, thicken, lengthen and define the eyelashes. It is defelitely in my must-have-makeup-list! Eye 👁 makeup <kajal, mascara & eye shadow> being my favourite of all, I do like using them frequently! But since most of the commercial ones are made of harmful chemicals and I belive cosmetic products should make you feel and look beautiful without potentially harming you I have made my own kajal & mascara and it’s real good that am using it everyday!
This is a traditional Indian sweet prepared all over India 🇮🇳, with little variations and known by various names – to name a few as bobatlu (in telugu), holige (in kannada), puran poli (in hindi).
This coconut bobatlu is like a flat bread with coconut n jaggery stuffing, the outer layer would be crisp and the stuffing – sweet, gooey n heavenly 😋😍. If you like the taste of coconut (like I do 💕), this sure is gonna top your favourite list!
Hello friends! I hope you have already read my previous post – healing n soothing lavender foot soak. If not please do, as this post is a sequel…
A quick recap of the pamper your foot 👣routine to heal n soothe cracked feet is – weekly once / twice healing foot soak, followed by damp foot scrub, daily moisturising with healing foot cream before going to bed and by staying hydrated throught the day by drinking plenty of water 💦 should help heal the cracked feet inside-out!
I don’t use sugar much on a daily basis for consumption instead opt for alternatives like organic jaggery, local n wild honey 🍯 and dates / date syrup. For occasional sweet treats if I have to use sugar – I opt for organic raw unpolished one like this. Guess everyone by now are aware of the fact that high sugar (a.k.a sweet white poison) intake is very bad for our body, read this to know details… but when used externally as a body scrub, it’s just wonderful!
Coconut chutney is prepared at almost every home for breakfasts in India… But this one is a variant n as the name suggests as 3 flavours all in one – sweet from jaggery n coconut, sour from tamarind n spicy from red chillies 🌶… This chutney tastes best with hot rice 🍚 or rotis in lunch / dinner… It’s very simple and takes just 10mins to prepare..
