Homemade organic condensed milk

Condensed milk can be used to prepare many desserts n used as an ingredient to prepare homemade ice creams 🍦! All you need is just 2 ingredients…

Ingredients:

  • 6 C of organic whole milk ( read this to find out more about organic milk)
  • 1 C of organic sugar/ local n wild honey 🍯

How to prepare?

Bring organic whole milk to boil in a large steel vessel.

Simmer n occasionally stir and let it boil for about an hour or until it reduces to about 1/3rd i.e 2 C.

Add 1C of sugar / honey 🍯 n stir until it further thickens and reduces to 2 C. <sometimes, honey 🍯 if it’s a little sour might curdle the milk, pre-test on little milk incase you wanna use it>
